Over the years elite golfers including Tiger Woods, Jordan Spieth and Tony Finau have credited their impressive golf swings and ability to perform under pressure in part to incorporating yoga into their routines. Charlene Bendt, a PGA Professional teaching pro and yoga teacher based in Prosper, Texas, sees huge performance gains when her students add yoga into their training, particularly when it comes to enhancing players’ clubhead speed.
